Shippping & Delivery
We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage
of itmes require a longer ship-out time.
We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United
States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier
of their choice.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order.
We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the
timeframe stated on each item's product page.
Currently, we can only accept orders with a billing and shipping address
within the United States. We cannot ship to other destinations at this time.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is
ground shipping, but we do occasionally utilize other methods as deemed appropriate.
You should receive your prodcuts within 5-10 business days from the day you
order them.
PO Box Shipping:We can ship most items to a PO Box.
If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, We will ask you
to provide a physical shipping address.
Alaska and Hawaii: Some items from our Tools and
Outdoor Living stores cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii if they are extremely
heavy, oddly-shaped, or considered hazardous.
APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO
destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within
5-10 business days of the day you order. Items that cannot be shipped to APO/FPO
addresses are apparel, jewelry, tools, and outdoor living items.
International Shipping: We do not offer international
shipping at this time.
Shipping To A Different Address: If you wish to send
your complete order to an address that is different that the billing address you
provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page
during Checkout.
Splitting An Order Between Two Shipping Addresses:
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products
to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need
to be entered separately. See "Shipping to a Different Address" above
for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing
address. Shipping and handling chargest will be added to each order.
Undeliverable Packages: Sometimes, due to an entry
error or incorrect address format, packages come back to us as undeliverable.
If you have not received your order or a confirmation of its return or refund,
please contact Customer Service.
Lost Packages: In the rare event that your order
never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items via email within sixty
(60) days of receipt of the shipping confirmation email. Please contact Customer Service for lost packages.
Borgos, LTD Warranties and Disclaimer: Borgos, LTD warrants
that it either owns the right, or has the right, to sell all property the subject
of an order. THE FOREGOING SPECIFIED WARRANTIES ARE BORGOS, LTD'S SOLE
WARRANTIES. BORGOS, LTD MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE AFORESTATED OBLIGATIONS ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED
BY BORGOS, LTD AND EXCLUDED FROM THE ORDER(S).
Electronic Data Interchange: If Borgos, LTD and customer
have mutually agreed to use an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system to facilitate
purchase and sale transactions, cutomer agrees: that it will not contest (i)
any contract of sale resulting from an EDI transaction under the provisions
of any law relating to whether agreements must be in writing or signed by the
party to be bound thereby; or (ii) the admissibility of copies of EDI records
under the business records exception to the hearsay rule, the best evidence
rule or any other similiar rule, on the basis that such records were not originated
or maintained in documentary form. Borgos, LTD and customer will agree on methods
to use in making EDI purchases, and will use proper security procedures to protect
EDI records from improper access. The business records maintained by Borgos,
LTD regarding EDI purchases made by customer shall be controlling.
Shipping Delays
We will notify you via email of any delays in shipping your order. By the
last promised shipping date, we will send an email that advises your order will
ship within the next 1-3 business days unless you contact us to cancel the unshipped
portion of your order.
If we will be unable to meet the revised shipping timeframe, we will notify
you via email that we have cancelled the unshipped portion of your order and
a refund will be issued.
