Returns Policy
Borgos, LTD believes that providing customers with superior service is the

100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely
satisfied, simply return your merchandise to Borgosltd.com within 90 days
of receiving it for a full and total refund of the product price - no questions
asked.
All merchandise purchased from Borgosltd.com may be returned by mail within
90 days of receiving it. Additional guidelines are noted below.
- Merchandise must be returned unused, unworn, and accompanied by the original
invoice.
- Customer may use carrier of choice, and will pay for return shipping unless
item was received in damaged or defective condition.
Returns Exceptions
Here are the exceptions to our general Returns Policy:
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item to
Borgosltd.com for a full refund or you can request a replacement. The replacement
item will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of
the original item at our Returns Center, pending product availability. Please
follow the procedures listed in Return or Exchange an Item.
Error-Related Refunds
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit
for any applicable shipping.
Credit for Items Received as Gifts
Return or Replace the Gift
When you return a gift, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable,
will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method when we receive
the item. A gift you received may be replaceable, if the item is damaged, defective
or incorrect. Please follow Return or Exchange an Item, and also
list who the original purchaser was to begin the return or replacement process.
You cannot exchange a gift for a different item.
To return or exchange an item:
- The return process can take 2 to 3 weeks.
- Include the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials
and accessories.
- Once we receive your item, we will either credit your original method
of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.
- If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will
issue a credit for any applicable shipping.
- We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable
carrier method. Borgosltd.com cannot replace or provide credit for any item
lost during return shipping.
- Borgosltd.com cannot replace or provide credit for a returned item that
is incongruent with the brand, specifications, item description or condition
of your original purchase(s).

that it either owns the right, or has the right, to sell all property the subject
of an order. THE FOREGOING SPECIFIED WARRANTIES ARE BORGOS, LTD'S SOLE
WARRANTIES. BORGOS, LTD MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE AFORSTATED OBLIGATIONS ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED
BY BORGOS, LTD AND EXCLUDED FROM THE ORDER(S).
Electronic Data Interchange:If Borgos, LTD and customer
have mutually agreed to use an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system to facilitate
purchase and sale transactions, customer agrees: that it will not contest (i)
any contract of sale resulting from an EDI transaction under the provisions
of any law relating to whether agreements must be in writing or signed by the
party to be bound thereby; or (ii) the admissibility of copies of EDI records
under the business records exception to the hearsay rule, the best evidence
rule or any other similar rule, on the basis that cush records were not originated
or maintained in documentary form. Borgos, LTD and customer will agree on methods
to use in making EDI purchases, and will use proper security procedures to protect
EDI records from improper access. The business records maintained by Borgos,
LTD regarding EDI purchases made by customer shall be controlling.
You have our commitment that we will do everything we can to ensure
that your every experience with us will be a positive one.
